Eat bread the way it was always meant to taste: naturally leavened with wild yeast. Sign up for a month of once weekly bread and enjoy a REAL sourdough loaf with a crisp crust and chewy center, perfect for hearty sandwiches and pairing with soups.

Each loaf benefits from a long cold fermentation of at least 12 hours, a process that improves flavor, develops probiotics, and helps your body better absorb the nutrients.

Schedule: (mostly) Friday Bakes will happen June 6, 14, 21, and 28.

Ingredients: flour, water, sea salt.

Pick-up: between 10:30am and 12pm. Please make sure that the cell number you provide is for the person that will pick-up the bread.

Care: Best if eaten within 4-5 days of baking and should ideally not be refrigerated. In the fridge, the bread will dry out and become stale faster than at room temperature. For longer storage, pre-slice the loaf and wrap it with plastic and keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.
