Eat bread the way it was always meant to taste: naturally leavened with wild yeast. Enjoy this 800g REAL sourdough loaf with a crisp crust and chewy center, perfect for hearty sandwiches and pairing with soups. It’s great nourishment after an active day on the slopes or a long day at the office. Really any time.

Each loaf benefits from a long cold fermentation of at least 12 hours, a process that improves flavor and helps your body better absorb the nutrients.

Ingredients: flour, water, sea salt.

Care: Best if eaten within 4-5 days of baking and should ideally not be refrigerated. In the fridge, the bread will dry out and become stale faster than at room temperature. For longer storage, pre-slice the loaf and wrap it with plastic and keep in the fridge for up to 3 months.
